Know your set-top box, know your customer satisfaction

IPTV News: The set-top box is perhaps the most important device that determines the quality of a user's experience (QoE) of TV service. 80% of customer complaints are due to quality issues, where 40% are directly linked to the customer premise equipment (CPE). The STB is the front door to the operator's complete line of service (TV, interactive services, VoD).
